At this year’s Spring concert, Kent College's choirs and Choral Society join forces to perform the wonderful cycle of familiar spirituals, ‘Feel the Spirit’ by John Rutter. These are expertly arranged for choir, orchestra and a solo singer, with each movement being performed by one of our senior students in the concert. Also in the programme, we hear two instrumental solos accompanied by orchestra, with Emily (Year 13) performing Chaminade’s concertino for flute, and Cameron (Year 13), Weber’s concertino for solo clarinet. The concert will open with a performance from the school orchestra, and entertainment will be provided by the school’s Jazz Band during the interval.
