Under the light of the full moon we gather to release, soften and return to the wisdom of the heart. This is a time to let go of what feels heavy, honour what has been and make space for what is ready to unfold.The body is a miracle and the breath is one of our most powerful tools for healing. When we take time to truly nourish body, mind and soul we create the conditions for deep transformation and personal growth.
This ceremony is a heart opening journey with sacred cacao, an ancient plant ally known for its gentle yet profound ability to support emotional healing, connection and inner clarity. Held in a safe and nurturing space, you will be guided through breathwork and the soothing resonance of blessed sound tools, all designed to help you release old wounds, ancestral patterns and stories that no longer serve you.
Together we will create space to reconnect with your inner wisdom, soften the armour around the heart and welcome a deeper sense of compassion for yourself and your path. There will be time to reflect, rest and integrate so that the healing can settle gently into your body.
