The Choral is a 2025 British period comedy-drama about a Yorkshire village's choral society in 1916, facing dwindling members due to World War I, who recruit unlikely teenagers and a mysterious new choirmaster, Dr. Guthrie (Ralph Fiennes), to perform Elgar's "The Dream of Gerontius", exploring community, war, and finding hope through music. Directed by Nicholas Hytner and written by Alen Bennett. I’ve seen this film and can highly recommend it.Date
