This high impact session will challenge and inspire you to bring the Equalex Framework to life across every key stage. You’ll explore how to create meaningful learner experiences, what authentic progression really looks like, and how Equalex can strengthen whole school careers planning.We’re also thrilled that the session will be led by Peter Gaul,( he was a key note speaker at last years conference – photo attached) CEO of Belonging Schools Ltd. Peter is an ex Headteacher with more than thirty years’ experience in Merseyside schools. He is currently supporting the CEC and DfE’s national pilot into work experience. Peter is deeply passionate about building inclusive and equitable schools and communities—and how we meaningfully shape them.
This session is practical, interactive and designed to equip you with fresh insight, peer learning and clear next steps for implementation.
