The Old Blundellian Club and Committee are delighted to announce the details of OB Day Saturday 13th June 2026.
We are thrilled that Blundell’s Head Bart Weilenga, has agreed to be President for the day.
We welcome as our Preacher, the School’s retiring Chaplain Revd Tim Hunt. Reading the lesson at the Chapel Service will be David d’Arcy Hughes (FH 1958-1962)
OB Day will follow its traditional pattern. Following the Club AGM and our traditional service, lunch will be held in Big School, preceded by a drinks reception. Places for groups of up to 10 at our tables, for this excellent value reunion, are now available. (Please contact Janet before purchasing your ticket if you have a group of peers you would like to create a table with and let her know the name you would like your table to be given, this table selection can then be made at the point of purchasing tickets.
Tickets for the day have been frozen at 2019 prices and are priced at £25 per person if booked by the 17th of May (and £30 from the 18th of May), with the deadline of 7th June 2026. The all-inclusive price includes pre-lunch drinks, lunch with wine and tea at the Beale Centre.
Book early to benefit from the lower price and secure your group’s places.

9.30am-6.00pm OB Memorabilia Exhibition, “Celebrating 100 years of FH”, FOBS Room - under Big Field clock (closed during lunch)
10.00am AGM of the OBC, Beale Centre
11.00am Chapel Service
12.15pm Drinks Reception with staff: Quad outside Masters’ Dining Room
(In Big School foyer if wet)
1.15pm Lunch followed by speeches in Big School
3.45pm Cricket on Big Field & OB croquet on the 'I AM' stone grass
4.00pm Tea & bar open in the Beale Centre
6.00pm Day ends
5.00pm to 7.00pm FH Centenary Celebrations for FH OB's
