Omega is a small charity based in Shropshire that works to reduce social isolation across the UK. The charity pairs clients with volunteer letter writers who send regular, safeguarded letters to help build connection and companionship. Our own Pen Pals club participates in the charity’s Pupil Pals programme, where students write thoughtful letters to people who may otherwise feel lonely or isolated.
