There is lots of content and information about working with neurodivergent young people but less so about working with adults and even less when the leader is neurodivergent!

This session will involve some information sharing and myth-busting and then move on to some facilitated discussions exploring how outdoor leaders and organisations can practically ensure neurodivergent participants and staff can thrive.
