Spring Celebration - Adult Well-Being Session
About
Come along for a Spring Ostara Celebration!This is a beautiful time of year to release any remnants of Winter and embrace Spring. It is a celebration of new plans, risks and life!
During this adult wellbeing session we will be giving ourselves time to rest and be still, to consider the turn in the wheel and join together in some gentle grounding and mindfulness activities.
There will be crafting activities, celebrating our Spring flowers, with simple balm and journal making.
£10.00 exchange for this session. Spaces are limited and booking on is required. I am currently waiting for funding but hope to be able to offer some part or wholly funding spaces, please email me if you would like more information about these.
This is an outdoor event, subject to the weather. Please dress appropriately. Any queries please let me know.
