Lucinda is a Sales Strategist with 18 years' experience helping businesses grow and attract the right clients. Formerly Head of Sales, she learned how to predict what customers truly want, craft compelling offers, and build sales systems that create consistent revenue.
Today, she works with founders and small businesses to create clear, practical sales strategies that make growth feel more predictable and less overwhelming.
Based in Cheshire, Lucinda loves supporting independent businesses with a calm, hands-on approach that focuses on clarity, confidence, and real progress.

Plus an added extra, each attendee will also receive a short B-roll clip from the day, filmed for you to use across your socials or website. Something simple, natural, and genuinely useful to support how you show up and share your business.
