Shared Care Record Feasibility Study-Focus Group County Hall
About
As Pennine Partnerships Manager, I am asking for your help to inform the development of existing information sharing frameworks within policing and health. The main aim is to increase and widen necessary and relevant data sharing which will assist effective safeguarding of victim-survivors of domestic abuse. One potential framework for development is the Shared Care Record, a digital record model shared between health, drug and alcohol services. We want to explore the potential to extend such a model to criminal justice partners and relevant domestic abuse services, to enhance multi-agency working to reduce harm and save lives. To do so we are working in collaboration with an experienced research team from the University of Lancashire, who are conducting a two-part feasibility study to include relevant partners within the PCSP. As a partner, we are inviting you to participate in the second part of the study, which is a focus group following on from the survey. The groups will be in-person with a range of agencies and an opportunity to share your professional experiences on information sharing/governance and domestic abuse.
Please share the focus groups with any professionals you work with to support victim/survivors of domestic abuse.
