A calming, creative experience designed to support children’s emotional wellbeing through gentle, sensory-led activities.In our small, nurturing sessions, children will create their own Calm Jar, explore natural slime or play dough making, and take part in mindful crafts designed to encourage focus, confidence, and relaxation. Each session also includes a guided calm moment, helping children regulate and reset in a safe, supportive space.
Thoughtfully created for all children — including those who are neurodivergent or benefit from a quieter environment.
