About
Heart to Heart Support is a welcoming, community-focused session designed to support individuals who have been affected by cardiac arrest—whether they have witnessed an incident, performed CPR, or survived one themselves.The event provides a safe, relaxed, and informal environment where attendees can access helpful information, share experiences, and receive peer support.
Led by trained volunteers, the sessions aim to build understanding, confidence, and emotional support around cardiac emergencies, ensuring that no one feels alone after such a life-changing experience.
