Merchiston Castle School is pleased to extend a warm invitation to Merchistonians to attend a special coffee morning with our current Artist in Residence, Robbie Bushe RSA (https://www.robbiebushe.com/).Robbie is presently engaged in the creation of a series of narrative works that draw upon the rich heritage, memories, and lived experiences of the Merchiston community. His current pieces thoughtfully weave together the reflections of students and staff, capturing the spirit and character of the School. As this body of work develops, he is particularly keen to incorporate the voices and recollections of former pupils.
This gathering will provide an opportunity to share personal memories of your school days, and contribute to a meaningful artistic project that seeks to honour the collective story of Merchiston.
Whether you are based locally or happen to be travelling to Edinburgh, we would be especially delighted to welcome you back to Merchiston for this occasion.
