Baby Music and Sensory Play
About
From the very earliest stages of life, movement shapes who we become. Even before birth, spontaneous movements begin to form the earliest connections between the body and the brain. Each movement strengthens neural pathways and supports the development of communication, emotional regulation, and learning. In this inspiring and practical training session, we explore how music, movement, and sensory play can transform everyday interactions with babies and support healthy brain and body development.
Drawing on current research and practical experience, this session explores how simple musical interactions, gentle movement, and carefully considered sensory experiences can support babies’ neurological development and wellbeing.
