We are delighted to invite our alumni back to Dunottar for a special summer celebration on Saturday 20 June, bringing together former students, staff, and friends of the school for a day of connection, memories, music and community.A tradition that goes back to June 1935, when the first reunion was held!
This Centenary event blends student performances, memorabilia displays, opportunities to explore the school, and a relaxed afternoon tea - perfect for catching up with old friends and rediscovering Dunottar.
This event is free of charge to attend but booking is essential, so that we can cater for the correct numbers on the day. The last day to reserve your spot is Thursday 11 June 2026.

Join us in the Mansion house to register your arrival, collect a badge, connect with friends and make your way to hear the welcome address.

Governor and Headmaster's Speeches (13:30 - 13:45)
Join Headmaster Mark Tottman and Chair of Governors Andy Porteous for their opening remarks.

Afternoon Tea (13:45 - 15:45)
From 13:45 a relaxed afternoon tea will be available, including finger sandwiches, sweet treats, Pimms and more.
Enjoy your refreshments in the Dining Hall, or bring a picnic blanket for afternoon tea on the lawns.
During this time you can:
- explore the grounds and school buildings to revisit familiar places
- children can enjoy a treasure hunt across the upper grounds.
- explore our memorabilia exhibition in the drawing room

We will conclude the celebration at 15:45, though guests are welcome to make their goodbyes gradually as the afternoon winds down until 16:15.
