About
Local employers are invited to join the Age Friendly Framework Programme aiming to support organisations to embed age inclusion more fully into workplace practices.The Age Friendly Framework offer includes a series of three in person workshops delivered by ProAge CEO, Mike Mansfield, designed to improve the ability of employers to support older workers and foster greater levels of intergenerational collaboration in the workplace.
This workshop is:
1. Creating a multi-generational workforce
Businesses participating in the full programme will receive a ProAge Age Friendly Employer Certificate and will be better able to tackle age related barriers to economic inactivity and support older adults to gain or retain employment.
Each organisation/ business will be allocated one place on the programme and representation at all three workshops is required.
