AURA was created from a genuine desire to bring together like-minded female founders, business owners and corporate women who want more than surface-level networking. This is a space to feel seen, supported and inspired - without pressure, pretence or awkward small talk.

AURA was founded by Nicola, a Positive Psychology Coach specialising in female empowerment and wellbeing. Positive Psychology is the science of happiness, fulfilment and human potential - and at the heart of this work is one powerful truth:

Nicola is passionate about creating a community where women can connect authentically, elevate their mindset and unlock their potential - supported by science, self-belief and shared experience.

Nicola Smithson is a Positive Psychology Coach and founder of Aura Networking & No Limit Life, her coaching business. She is passionate about helping women lead with confidence and purpose.
Simi Sanghera Jones is a female entrepreneur with a passion for transformation & helping women feel good!
