Wellbeing Day 6 May 26
About
Join us for a gentle wellbeing day during Dying Matters Week, created for anyone navigating grief, loss, or simply needing a bit of space to pause and breathe. This day offers a calm, supportive environment where you can take time for yourself. There is no pressure to share or take part in anything you don’t feel comfortable with. You are welcome to come exactly as you are.
Throughout the day, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in a range of optional activities, including reflective exercises, arts and crafts, and a gentle session exploring how the brain responds to grief and positive interactions. There will also be time for quiet conversation, connection, or simply sitting with your thoughts.
We are also pleased to be supported by Dragonfly Crowd, who will offer a short, informal session around life insurance and the practical things many of us avoid thinking about, with the opportunity to ask questions or review your own arrangements if you wish. There is no pressure to engage with this.
A welcome hot drink is included, with additional refreshments available to purchase at the venue.
Spaces are limited to keep the day calm and supportive.
Although this event is funded, we kindly invite a £5 donation to attend. This helps us continue to provide safe, supportive spaces for others.
If the donation is a barrier for you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. You are always welcome.
