About
As part of the three-year GCSE Geography course, field trips are arranged to enable your son/daughter to be fully prepared for the external examinations. Fieldtrips are a compulsory element (minimum of 2 days) in the specification and are directly examined, with questions on skills, risks involved, data collected, and the whole fieldwork process. We have arranged this trip to enable your son/daughter an opportunity to collect the information required in the examination, as well as visit a location we have studied in class. The trip will involve students travelling to Ainsdale beach and collecting primary data to examine the characteristics of Ainsdale sand dune system.Date
