Do you enjoy cooking? Learning new skills and trying new recipes? Our new five-day summer cookery workshop open to Years 5 - 9 offers a vibrant, hands-on journey where your child can immerse themselves in the art of international cuisine. Each day, young chefs will explore new cultures through their taste buds, mastering the techniques behind world-class dishes. From the sun-drenched flavours of France, where they’ll craft a savory ratatouille and classic French apple tart, to a taste of Italy, featuring pizza and tiramisu made entirely from scratch, this camp is designed to spark a lifelong passion for food.Each day you will make 2 dishes: a main meal and either a dessert or side dish that you will take home. Whether they are perfecting a traditional British cottage pie or layering a rich caramel shortbread, your child will return home with newfound confidence, professional skills, and dinner already served!
Please provide a packed lunch for your child. Please note, we are a nut free campus. This course runs from Monday 20th - Friday 24th from 9am - 3pm.
