• Please bring suitable outdoor clothing
• Bell tent accommodation is shared. If you would prefer not to share, please bring your own tent.
• All participants must bring their own sleeping mat and sleeping bag

By booking onto this retreat, you acknowledge that participation in outdoor activities is at your own risk.
• The guided walk in the Howgills involves uneven terrain, changing weather conditions, and natural hazards. While the route will be chosen with care, all participants are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing during the walk.
• Please ensure you are physically able to take part and come prepared with appropriate clothing and footwear.
• You agree to follow any guidance given by the retreat facilitators to help keep the group safe.
All activities, including walking, sauna use, and yoga, are undertaken at your own discretion. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns, please inform us in advance.
