Following on from a successful winter series, this workshop will be looking at how we can make the most of what ingredients spring has to offer.Learn easy, budget-friendly ways to cook seasonal food and stops food waste:
Chef Marina will teach you how to get the best out of simple ingredients. At the end of the session participants will be able to take home what they've cooked, along with the recipe card so you can re-create what you learned.
Marina Tcaci inherited her passion for tasty and healthy food from her mother. Before she came to the UK, she used to run a successful catering business in Ukraine.
