From Page to Stage is a workshop which focuses on the process of learning new songs through to performing them. Liz Moulder will lead the event which will include basic sight-reading, interpreting the emotions of a song and body language and facial expressions used to express those emotions.The event is open to singers and MDs of all abilities and time will be given to the sharing of experiences, fears and ideas.
Tickets for singers and MDs from NAC member choirs are priced at £5 and from non-member choirs, £7.50.
The workshop is on Sunday 7 June at The Priory Centre, Church Road, Burton upon Trent.
Registration on the day is open from 1.30pm and the workshop is planned to run from 2pm to 5pm.
When purchasing tickets, please state your choir name when asked.
