Why I choose Yin yoga as my self-treat:
Yin yoga is floor based. It encourages the slowing down of breath as you relax into the pose. It is a deep tissue stretch. Each pose is held between 1.5 - 5 minutes. It encourages whole body listening. Loving and supportive. A session for anyone at any level.
I bring my 32 years of yoga learning a diverse group of yogis during my world travels. My sharing focus is Yin Yoga. I was first introduced to this beautiful form during my yoga teacher training in Dharamsala, India, 6 years ago. It gently supported me to reconnect to my displaced self with its long held poses, meditative deep listening and slowing of breath.
Please wear comfortable clothes you can stretch within.
Bring a yoga mat.
2x cushion and/or yoga blocks
Warm blanket large enough to cover body from chin down
It is recommended to wear your swimming costume under your clothes if you intend to join us poolside.

The food and Drink
I have carefully chosen delicious chef prepared Food (Vegan/Vegetarian/Nut free), Health led Drinks (Smoothie, Herbal tea, Flavoured Water), and Deserts (Vegan/Vegetarian/Nut free) followed by a selection of herbal teas to enjoy.
Please inform of any allergies or dietary restrictions. We aim to ensure your dietary needs are fully catered for.

Introduced into the session by a past attendee who felt she needed time to reflect and record after her Yin yoga session.
Story sharing Circle - Speak bold, Listen deep
It's a special opportunity to relax and connect, express your individuality through your passion in an intimate circle of friends.
3 hour Release and Unwind - Heated indoor pool with Jacuzzi Jets, Steam room, Infra-red sauna.
I encourage you to spend time in silence if you feel this is needed. Let your fellow attendees know that you want to be listening to your inner voice during this rejuvenating self nurturing session.
Feel free to talk and deepen friendships if this is what feels right for you.
