We're delighted to have established the addition of Drama Camps to our summer camps offering! 

Musical Theatre Workshops

Monday 3 August and/or Tuesday 4 August (non-residential)
£60 per person, per day. 10am – 4pm

Breakfast and after camp clubs available from 8.30am until 5.30pm for an additional £6 per session.
Open to all boys and girls going into Years 5 to 13 (the day will be split by juniors/seniors).
Come for a day or come for both (each day will cover different songs/musicals).
Songs from a range of musicals and styles from Classics to Pop & Rock to Disney!
We will be covering the following skills:

• Group numbers & basic dance choreography
• Acting through song
• Audition songs - repertoire & performance
• Singing technique
• Acting scenes

Run by Shiplake's LAMDA teacher, Amber Lucazeau, and Verity Auty, singing teacher at Shiplake College.

Acting on Camera and Stage Workshop

Wednesday 5 August
£60 per person, per day. 10am – 4pm

Breakfast and after camp clubs available from 8.30am until 5.30pm for an additional £6 per session.
For all budding young actors! Open to all boys and girls going into Years 5 to 13 (the day will be split by juniors/seniors).

Acting on Camera (part 1) –  special guest tutor & headshot photographer
Actors will be developing and practising their acting on camera skills, finding relaxed and truthful performances, working on: Slate, casting scenes, eyelines, imagination, listening and reactions for engaging and truthful on screen performances.

Acting on Stage (part 2) – special guest Theatre Director
Actors will work on character and audition performance using a variety of methods from Stanislavski to Laban. Fun games, impro, devising scenes and scripted scenes.

Workshop run by Amber Lucazeau, LAMDA Teacher at Shiplake College, with two exciting external guest tutors.

PLEASE NOTE: The drama camps require a minimum number of 8 children to run - if we do not reach the minimum numbers and have to cancel the camp we will contact you and issue a full refund.
