RMS Concert Band Summer Camp
About
A unique event run in collaboration with the National Youth Concert Band (NYCB), this non-auditioned music course is for wind, brass and percussion players of Grade six standard and above.Founded in 2018, the National Youth Concert Band has established itself as the UK’s leading youth wind band, bringing players together to experience high quality musical performances to be inspired to continue their musical journeys, and to build lifelong friendships and memories.
Young players will explore the wind band’s vibrant, varied repertoire under the tutelage of both RMS instrumental teachers and the NYCB tutor team under the direction of conductor David Chatterton, culminating in an exciting performance to end the course with a flourish.
