Leader Learning: Flexible Working
About
A series of brief, focused online events where charity leaders hear directly from peers who are trying something new in their organisations. This session is only open to Charity Leadership Scotland members.
Join us for a session for exploring how flexible working is shaping the future of organisations.
Flexible working is becoming a normal part of how we work, helping people to live well while supporting strong organisational performance. Across Scotland, organisations are making thoughtful, practical changes that are building more inclusive, effective, and sustainable workplaces.
In this session you will hear from Lisa Gallagher, Director and Co-founder at Flexibility Works, who developed and recently launched the UK’s first Flexible Workplace Accreditation, sharing what good flexible working looks like in practice. This Accreditation recognises employers who are creating workplaces where people and businesses can perform at their best. You will also hear from Graham Robertson, CEO of Working Rite, an accredited organisation, offering a real-world perspective on the decisions, challenges, and impact of making flexible working work day-to-day.
Whether you are just getting started or looking to go further, this session will offer practical insight and inspiration.
