Very excited to teach another 2 hour Bollywood class at 0161 Studios (Ardwick) !We will start at 6:30pm by going through some stretching, warm ups and building up some basic moves. I’ll then teach you an original choreography to a bollywood song. This class is suitable for all dance backgrounds/experiences so do not worry if you’ve never taken a dance class before!
This month we will be dancing to the song Ainvayi Ainvayi, which will be a more gender-neutral, upbeat, fun commercial bollywood piece.
Finally, the aim of the class is ALWAYS to have fun and to feel good in your body. This is a no judgement zone and I am so excited to share my love for dance with you!
