Interested in learning all about the beautiful Blue Ground Beetle? This survey training session will give you the opportunity to learn how to identify and survey for this charismatic and rare beetle species. The Blue Ground Beetle is only known from 15 sites, with Dartmoor being a stronghold. This night time session, led by local expert John Walters, will provide the chance to survey the woodlands the Blue Ground Beetle calls home, hopefully with a sighting or two of this elusive species!No experience is needed, just come along and learn more about this charismatic species.
