Reconnect with your Wild Roots through the power of song.
These Singing for Wellbeing sessions in Freemans Wood offer a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with yourself, others, and nature.
Colette Webb knows from experience the power of music & education for enhancing mental wellbeing and fostering meaningful social connections. Through her studies in community music she has helped others experience the transformative impact of singing.
- There are two sessions, both on Saturday 13th June, at 11.00am and 12.30pm. Each session is 1 hour long.
- Please arrive at Quay Meadow with plenty of time to spare before your session.
- If you require an accessible entrance, please let us know when you book and we will guide you to the New Quay entrance.
- This session is suitable for adults and children 12+. Children must be accompanied by their responsible adult at all times. There is a maximum of 1 child per adult.
Cancellation
We will only cancel the event in the case of extreme weather warning being issued by the Met Office. This is most likely to be wind-related.
We will not cancel in event of rainy or sunny weather.
