This is an informal event with a relaxed, festival vibe to showcase our junior and senior music ensembles in an end of year musical celebration. You are welcome to attend the festival and enjoy the music - no tickets are required to come to the music festival.

Our junior and senior music ensembles will be performing throughout the evening from 4:30 onwards on the big, main covered stage on the front lawn and we anticipate to finish at around 7:15pm. 

Food and drinks are available to purchase on-site. In addition to the summer festival menu that will be served in the Dining Hall between 5:30 pm to 6:30pm, we will also be serving a selection of street food and ice cream from our very own food truck this year. 

Summer barbeque menu from the Dining Hall must be pre-booked here. There will be a meat or vegan option and a glass of Pimms/soft drink. Performers do need to purchase a food ticket if they want to eat from the Dining Hall.  

Our food truck serving a selection of street food and ice cream and our bar serving beer, Pimms and soft drinks will be opened throughout the evening – they are cashless. 

Please bring a blanket/folding chair to sit on if you wish, although there will be a few chairs and benches dotted around, and as well as an umbrella should there be a slight rain as we aim to perform in all weather. In the event of a more extreme and inclement weather on the day, the performances will be moved indoors.

Should you need to cancel food tickets for any reason, please note the last date for refunds for food will be on Thursday 25 June at noon when our food order will be placed.
