This is an informal event with a relaxed, festival vibe to showcase our junior and senior music ensembles in an end-of-year musical celebration on the big, main covered stage on the front lawn. No tickets are required to come and enjoy the music. 

Summer barbeque menu (a meat or vegetarian option and a glass of Pimms or soft drink), served from the Dining Hall between 4:30 pm to 6pm, must be pre-booked and paid for via TryBooking. 

In addition to the summer festival menu, there will be a food truck, serving a selection of street food, an ice cream van and a bar, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, throughout the evening  –  they are cashless. 

The concert starts at 3:30pm and will finish with all the children performing in the finale at the end of the concert at 6:15pm. Parking is available in senior school yard from 3:15pm onwards.

Please bring a blanket/folding chair to sit on and  an umbrella should there be a slight rain as we aim to perform in all weather. In the event of a more extreme and inclement weather on the day, the performances will be moved indoors.

Should you need to cancel food tickets for any reason, please note the last date for refunds for food will be on Thursday 25 June at noon when our food order will be placed.
