About

Supper and Song returns for a second year to the beautiful Lanercost Priory.
Our group of young, talented, music makers and creatives return with music that will charm and inspire.
Our line up -
Asha Nicholson performs with her band, LAM, shaping a highly collaborative sound rooted in atmospheric arrangement, alternative styles, and contemporary songwriting. Based in Carlisle, Cumbria, Asha developed her musical style through local youth-music community networks, including the BlueJam Arts organization. She has served as a young project leader, workshop mentor, and performer across the regional alternative, jazz, and folk circuits.

Spoon Club is an emerging acoustic and contemporary folk band based in Cumbria, UK. The trio consists of musicians Ophelia Appleby, Callum, and Lewis. The group blends diverse musical backgrounds to play original, story-driven melodies and enjoys performing at local venues and festivals across the Lake District. The band's highly unique name is a nod to a local wood-carving group where the members gather in the nearby Cumbrian woods to carve wooden spoons and shingles. Their music crosses genre boundaries, drawing on acoustic and folk influences that emphasize storytelling and a shared joy of playing together.
Eve Dodds - Musician and Vocalist

Zoe Bestel - Ethereal vocals, poignant melodies and stirring lyrics describes award winning nu-folk singer/songwriter and musician, Zoë Bestel, hailed as one of Scotland’s most exciting emerging talents. With her first EP, 35 Missed Calls – released in 2012, when she was just 14 – reaching number three in Amazon’s folk chart, two years later her self released debut album, Sir Lucas and the Moon awarded Album of the Week by the Scottish Daily Record.

Echo Eats are hosting a feast for the community in the priory itself. Freshly produced, vegan and sustainably sourced.
