Coffees and teas will be served from 7pm. Talk commences 7.30pm.George Hudson can be credited with the title of "The man who brought the railway to Harrogate".
A talk by Robert Beaumont.
Robert is a Yorkshire journalist, historian and author whose biography of Hudson has been called "a passionate work of genuine scholarship".
Free for Civic Society Members. Other guests and prospective members are welcome - suggested donation £5 on the door.
