Literature Caerleon
About
Caerleon Arts Festival, now in it's 24 th. year, presents Literature Caerleon.Your opportunity to meet, listen to and interact with an eclectic mix of established and up and coming Authors.
You are invited to an informal and relaxing day in the company of a
range of excellent authors who have come to read to you and answer your
questions - Patrick McGuiness ('...one of the finest British authors of
his generation') to established, Wales-based authors and those
introducing their first books, and a rousing wecome from Connor Allen,
previously Children's Laureate Wales.
And a special treat from our Festival friend, Jon Gower, who will be
reading from books and poems about Caerleon, set to music by David
Pepper and Jonah Jones. Christopher Evans will be talking about the
Basque refugee children who came to Caerleon in 1937 and football
connections with Bilbao.
We do hope to see you there.
