Join us for 90 minutes of deep relaxation and sound meditation at The Zen Space in Spalding. Feel the healing sound frequencies release tension and promote inner peace.Let the sounds wash over you, melting away stress and tension. Immerse yourself in the harmonious vibrations and feel the energy flow through your body. This is the perfect way to unwind and recharge. Whether you attend solo or with a loved one, you will be made very welcome. Men and women are welcome along.
WHAT TO BRING - think comfort!
Yoga mats are provided. A limited number of supportive cushions/bolsters are available.
It's a good idea to wear clothes that you feel comfortable in. You may wish to bring blankets, eye mask/pillow, sun lounger cushion / sleeping bag / additional yoga mat.
If being floor based is not right for you, there are a limited number of small chairs available owned by The Zen Space. You are welcome to bring your own camping/hammock/sun lounger or zero gravity chair.
EVENT TIMING - Doors open 10 minutes before the start. Event begins prompt. No late arrivals will be admitted.
VENUE - How to find The Zen Space
You will find The Zen Space entrance gate on Broad Street road, located to the left of The Constitutional Club. Entrance is through the BLUE DOOR next to The Constitutional Club on Broad Street, PE11 1TB.

PARKING - Free car parking is available on Sundays at the end of Broad Street in Herring Lane pay and display car park - Postcode PE11 1TL.
IMPORTANT - Sound baths may NOT be suitable for everyone. Please read health contraindications before purchasing your ticket. By booking you are declaring that this event is safe for you to attend, you agree to notify your GP should your health or symptoms adversely change, and you take responsibility for your own wellbeing.
REFUND POLICY - Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
