'Allo 'Allo - Camembert Caper
About
Listen very carefully, I shall say this only "twice"…Comrie Drama is back with number two, the next outrageous chapter in our ‘Allo ‘Allo! adventures! After last year’s sell‑out success, we’re returning to René’s little café in wartime France for even more chaos, camembert, and comedy in The Camembert Caper.
Expect hidden airmen, exploding plots, suspicious cheeses, and enough disguises to confuse even the most dedicated member of the Resistance. René, Edith, Yvette, Herr Flick, and Officer Crabtree are all tangled up in a brand‑new farcical mission, packed with classic catchphrases, ridiculous misunderstandings, and vintage ‘Allo ‘Allo! mayhem.
It’s silly, it’s nostalgic, it’s gloriously over‑the‑top, perfect summer fun for Comrie Fortnight. Magnifique.
Please note: This play was written over 40 years ago and is a farcical satire set during wartime, over 80 years ago. It contains caricatures and innuendo typical of its era and is not reflective of modern views.
