Step into a carefully curated journey from movement to stillness—balancing the energising qualities of yang with the grounding depth of yin.
We begin with an optional opening circle, creating space to arrive, connect, and set intention for the practice.
From there, you’ll be guided through Pulse Flow Yoga—a rhythmic, beat-led vinyasa practice that blends traditional yoga shapes with music-driven movement.
Expect familiar postures and practices such as sun salutations, woven with creative, flowing variations that invite you to move in time with the music. The practice is structured and fully guided, while offering moments to explore and express yourself if you choose.
After a short pause to reset, we transition into the yin portion of the session. Here, the pace slows right down. Through longer-held, floor-based postures using blocks and bolsters, you’ll be invited to release tension, settle the nervous system, and drop into a more meditative state.
This workshop is designed to offer balance—effort and ease, movement and stillness, expression and rest. You’ll leave feeling both energised and deeply grounded.
Suitable for all levels, with options throughout. No experience needed—just a willingness to move, breathe, and explore.
