GROW TOGETHER - Community Allotment programme
About
Our **Grow Together** programme runs for 8 weeks, every Thursday morning starting on 15th May. Each 1.5-hour session is delivered by a trained professional with experience in counselling, social care, teaching, meditation, and reiki. Sessions take place in a small, supportive group where you can enjoy the outdoors, take part in light gardening at your own pace, and connect with others. All materials and refreshments are provided. The programme is free to attend, and we are looking for participants who are able to commit to the full 8-week course to get the most benefit from the experience.Dates
