As part of the Lanercost Echo Festival, join us for a joyful afternoon singing workshop in the
beautiful setting of Lanercost Priory.
Led by Sarah Greenwood, Ophelia and Raf Appleby, Lucinda Guinness, and Asha Nicholson,
this workshop welcomes singers of all experience levels, to explore a range of voice
exercises and harmonies in a relaxed and supportive environment. No one will be asked to
sing solo!
Tickets: £25
Includes tea served between 6:00pm – 7:00pm (Scone, cake, tea; that type of thing)
Those folks who wish to join us for tea but are not attending the workshop, can purchase tea
for £5 but we need to know numbers. so let us know in advance please.
Song Share from 7pm (warmup first as a reminder! Start time 7.30pm , until approx 8 -
8.30pm)
The workshop participants will be able to share what they’ve learned with friends and family;
again in an informal environment.
Also sharing some of their songs at the evening session will be local community singing
group the Geltsdale Singers.
Families and friends welcome – free entry, no charge for listening.
Come along to listen, sing, and enjoy a relaxed session of music, in good company.
