About
For primary school teachers across the Lancaster and Morecambe area.Managed by Morecambe Bay Partnership and funded by the Areti Charitable Trust, this training session has been designed to help teachers build confidence in environmental and climate education. It will support you to help young people connect with nature, explore local habitats and wildlife, and discuss climate change and positive action.
Led by an environmental expert, content will focus on Morecambe Bay's coastal ecosystem and includes practical activities, discussion, and outdoor learning.
There are ten places available with funding of up to £200 to help cover teacher release time, and £30 towards travel expenses.
