Rugby and Hockey Camp 2026 (for GHS pupils entering P6-S3)

Our Summer Rugby and Hockey Camps will run at Goldenacre Monday 10- Wednesday 12 August. Each day will run from 10am – 3.30pm and the cost of the camp will be £170.15 per person for the three days. Please note that your young person must not be dropped off before 9.30am on these days as we cannot guarantee there will be staff present to supervise them.Pupils should attend the camp in suitable rugby and hockey attire. Pupils playing hockey must have a mouth guard and shin pads, whilst those playing rugby must have a mouth guard for any introduction to contact work; this will be done gradually and safely. If your young person does not have a hockey stick, we have a few sticks that can be borrowed, and you can approach the staff present for any advice about buying a suitable stick. Pupils will also require a snack, their packed lunch, plenty of water and possibly sunscreen. Please avoid any snacks with traces of nut.
We hope that your young person will enjoy the rugby/hockey camp ahead of the new term. Hopefully, it will be a great opportunity to build up their skills and fitness ahead of the new season, whilst also giving them a chance to make new acquaintances and see old friends!
