Year 6 Production - Mary Poppins

About
In 1910 London, the rigid Banks household is turned upside down when a mysterious and "practically perfect" nanny named Mary Poppins arrives to care for the mischievous Jane and Michael. Accompanied by her multi-talented friend Bert, Mary leads the children on a series of fantastical adventures that challenge their perspectives and bring a touch of magic to the grey city streets. While the children learn valuable lessons through whimsy, their father, George, must confront his own cold priorities as the household's order begins to dissolve. The family is forced to decide whether to cling to their old, buttoned-up ways or embrace the wonder Mary has introduced into their lives. As tensions at the bank and home reach a breaking point, the Banks family stands on the brink of a life-changing transformation. To ensure that tickets are fairly distributed between performers, there will be an initial limit of two tickets per family per night.
