Tickets bookable from Friday 8th May 2026.
A one-day sustainable fun hand-sewing workshop, using Scrapstore resources. You can either make your owl as cuddly soft-stuffed, or as a weighted doorstop. If you wish to make a doorstop owl, please bring a 1kg bag of cheap uncooked rice.
Please also bring your own fabric scissors.

The session includes: guidance and help from experienced instructor @Lorraine Appleton Upcycler, using Scrapstore materials and resources for your project, together with hot or cold drinks. Please bring a packed lunch.
Booking is essential as places are limited. Minumum of at least 5 for the workshop to run, with a maximum of 10 places available.

Optional Donations - Your kindness in adding a ticket donation will help Gedling Play Forum, as a community charity, to continue nurturing sustainable creativity within the Gedling Borough community, and beyond.
