About the Workshop
Join us for a fun, practical session where you'll learn to brew your very own kombucha from scratch , and take a jar of your own creation home with you.
This workshop brings together two wonderful practitioners with complementary expertise:
Leigh Williams of Thrive Health will guide you through the simple, satisfying steps of kombucha-making. Thrive Health was founded to support the growing numbers of people living with ADHD, addiction, poor mental health, and chronic pain , and Leigh brings a deeply practical approach to everything she shares.
Lin Petry of Lin Petry Nutrition will give a presentation on the gut science behind kombucha , exploring what this living drink does for your microbiome and digestive health. Lin has a special interest in gut health, energy levels, and hormone balance, particularly for women in midlife and beyond.
