• Tarka green split pea and Babylon lovage soup, foccacia with Babylon fig leaf butter
SECOND COURSE
• Birchden Farm asparagus, Babylon wild garlic hollandaise, parmesan pan grattato, chive flowers
THIRD COURSE
• Oyster mushroom calamari, matsutake mayo. Soy, mirin, lao man ga (Szechuan pepper chilli crisp)
FOURTH COURSE
All accompanied by fattoush salad with green tahini dressing
• Lebanese spiced charcoal grilled ‘Jacobs’ lamb kofte, baba ganoush, zhoug, pomegranate

• Lebanese spiced Cornish monkfish kofte, baba ganoush, zhoug, pomegranate
