CATTLE CLASSES TO BE HELD IN ACCORDANCE WITH
DEFRA REGULATIONS IN FORCE AT TIME OF SHOW. All Rules, regulations and further details for the show can be found on our website -
Ticket must be purchased by all exhibitors via website or on day - via www.
PLEASE NOTE No Cattle Entries will be accepted after the closing date.
Classes 44, 45 & 48 Proof of age should be available to be shown to the steward
The milking facilities at the Show are provided by the Committee
PLEASE NOTE: Pair classes 58 & 59 must be entered on Entry Form.
No animal to be shown in more than one class unless in the Group Class.
ENTRY FEE - FREE
Prize Money Classes 43 - 59 - 1st £15, 2nd £10, 3rd £5
Prize money: Classes 60 - 63 - 1st £10, 2nd £6, 3rd £4
£20 for the SUPREME CATTLE CHAMPION
£10 for the RESERVE CHAMPION
SOCIETY TROPHY for the CHAMPION BEEF ANIMAL
There will be a cup for the BEST DAIRY COW
A Special Prize will be awarded to the BEST HANDLER over the four shows.
DENNISON FAMILY TROPHY awarded to the most improved handler over the four shows. Marks awarded : 50% for handler 50% for the animal. Points awarded as follows
1st 5, 2nd 4, 3rd 3. All other entrants 2. Points will be totalled from Ulverston, Cartmel, Broughton and Lowick Show.
