About
Essentially Medical’s After Clinic Club returns with an evening focused on a key area of everyday general practice: Diabetes.We are joined by a highly experienced General Practitioner who qualified from Guy’s and St. Thomas’s Medical Schools in 1995. Following initial surgical training, they went on to complete the Brighton General Practitioner Vocational Training Scheme in 1998, qualifying as a GP in 2001. They have been a GP Partner in South London for over 20 years and joined Amherst Medical Practice in 2021, taking over from Dr Lyons.
Alongside their clinical work, they have a strong interest in diabetes and medical education. They are a Programme Director for the Bromley GP Training Programme, supporting the development of future GPs, and also serve on the Kent Local Medical Committee.
