About
The Hobbit tells the story of Bilbo Baggins, a comfort-loving hobbit who is unexpectedly swept into an adventure far beyond the safety of his home in the Shire. Joined by the wizard Gandalf and a company of dwarves led by Thorin Oakenshield, Bilbo journeys across Middle-Earth to help reclaim a stolen treasure from the dragon Smaug. Along the way, he encounters trolls, goblins, elves, and the mysterious creature Gollum, ultimately discovering courage, wit, and a strength of character he never knew he possessed.Location
