Join HeadteacherChat and Angel Solutions for a practical morning focused on aligning self-evaluation and school improvement planning to the new Ofsted toolkit.

This session will help school leaders evaluate effectively, measure impact clearly, and turn self-evaluation findings into a focused, Ofsted-aligned School Improvement Plan.

Suitable for experienced leaders as well as those who are new to the role, the session is designed for headteachers, deputy headteachers, and senior leadership teams. You can attend on your own or bring colleagues from your SLT.

During the morning, we will explore how to:

understand the new Ofsted framework
align your SEF and SIP to the new framework effectively and simply
measure impact in a way that is easy to explain and evidence
use SEF findings to set clear priorities
turn those priorities into a focused School Improvement Plan

The morning includes a light breakfast, refreshments, practical input, and networking time with other school leaders.
