Held is a small, gentle women’s circle for midlife.
A place to pause.
To speak what’s actually going on.
To feel heard… without being judged or needing to have it all figured out.
To be quiet together.
You don’t need to prepare anything.
You don’t need to say the “right” thing.
You don’t need to say anything at all, if you’d prefer.
You can come exactly as you are.
Together, we create space to:-
share what’s been on your mind
let go of some of the pressure you’ve been holding
feel a bit more settled and clear
reconnect with yourself, in a simple, grounded way
There’s no fixing.
No pressure.
No expectation.
Just a space where you don’t have to carry it all on your own.
